马来酸麦角新碱、缩宫素及卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血的防治效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱、缩宫素及卡前列素氨丁三醇对产后出血的防治效果情况。方法选取茂名市妇幼保健院2017年1月至2018年11月收治的100例患者作为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同分为对照组50例和联合组50例,对照组采用缩宫素、卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,联合组采用马来酸麦角新碱、缩宫素及卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组患者第三产程时间、产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量、临床治疗总有效率。结果联合组患者第三产程时间短于对照组,产后2h出血量、产后24h出血量均少于对照组,联合组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸麦角新碱、缩宫素及卡前列素氨丁三醇应用后,可以明显降低出血量和第三产程时间,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the preventive treatment effect of ergometrine maleate, oxytocin and carprostol tromethamine on the postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled. 50 patients were given oxytocin and carprostol tromethamine as control, and other 50 patients in treatment group were administered by ergometrine maleate, oxytocin and carprostol tromethamine. The third stage of labor, the amount of bleeding 2 hours after postpartum, the amount of bleeding 24 hours later, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The third stage of labor in treatment group was shorter than that in the control. The amount of bleeding 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery were less than that in the control. The total effective rate of the combined treatment with ergometrine maleate, oxytocin and carprostol tromethamine was higher than that in the control with oxytocin and carprostol tromethamine, with P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of ergometrine maleate, oxytocin and carboprost tromethamine could reduce the amount of bleeding and the third stage of labor significantly, and improve the clinical efficacy.
