县域产业发展动能转换研究——以武平县为例

摘　　要：动能转换是经济发展进入新常态的必然选择,也是经济发展的一般规律。县域产业发展是县域经济发展的主要支撑,产业兴,则县域兴。武平县域产业发展必须立足县情,针对传统产业比重大这一特点,在新旧动能转换过程中大力强化传统产业的转型升级,提高传统产业的技术装备水平和竞争力,发挥优势,突出特色,走规模化、高端化、生态化、差异化发展之路;同时加大“马力”培育新动能,特别是通过加快结构改革和结构调整、加快培育新产业新动能来实现产业发展新旧动能转换,促进武平县域经济的发展。The conversion of kinetic energy is an inevitable choice for economic development to enter a new normal, whichis also a general law of economic development. The development of county-level industries is the main support for the development of county-level economy. The development of Wuping County's regional industry must be based on the county's situation. In view of the fact that the traditional industry is more important, in the process of new and old kinetic energy conversion,we will vigorously strengthen the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, improve the technical equipment level and competitiveness of traditional industries, give play to advantages, highlight features, and take large-scale, high-end, ecological, and differentiated development. At the same time, we should increase the "horsepower" to cultivate new kinetic energy, especially by accelerating structural reform and structural adjustment, accelerating the cultivation of new industries and new kinetic energy to realize the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of industrial development, and promote the development of Wuping County's regional economy.
