摘　　要：针对由于海洋渔业开发力度过大而造成海洋环境资源污染和恶化的问题,提出了一种基于海洋遥感ORS、海洋地理系统MGIS和全球定位系统GPS等海洋3S技术的海洋环境资源3S监测管理系统设计方案。系统可以实现海洋环境资源智能化监测管理,有效降低海洋环境资源监测管理的成本。Aiming at the problem of pollution and deterioration of marine environmental resources caused by excessive development of marine fisheries, a marine environmental resource 3S monitoring based on marine 3S technology such as ocean remote sensing ORS, marine geographic information system MGIS and global positioning system GPS is proposed. The system can realize intelli. gent monitoring and management of marine environmental resources, and effectively reduce the cost of monitoring and management of marine environmental resources.
