摘　　要：翻转课堂是混合教学模式中的一种典型模式,微视频是翻转课堂经常使用的手段之一,但是对于微视频的管理还处于人工管理,共享不及时,使得对微视频的总体应用效率不高。为了解决微视频管理水平较低的问题,提升学生在课堂中微视频的使用效果,利用现代信息技术,设计一个基于Web的翻转课堂微视频管理系统是非常有必要的。Flipped classroom is a typical mode of mixed teaching mode. Micro-video is one of the most frequently used means of flipped classroom. However,the management of micro-video is still in manual management and the sharing is not timely,which makes the application efficiency of micro-video inefficient. In order to solve the problem of low level of micro-video management and improve students’use of micro-video in classroom,it is necessary to design a Web-based micro-video management system for flipped classroom by using modern information technology.
