摘  要:“JavaWeb开发技术”作为一门对实用技术和岗位技能要求比较高的课程,传统高校授课模式已经不能满足人才培养需求,校企共建“JavaWeb开发技术”课程可以有效解决这一问题。校企课程共建开展主要从校企共建教学团队、共同优化教学内容、共建教学资源、共同开展考核评价、企业提供实训方案和基地等方面开展,同时校企还要在组织、管理和师资三个方面制定课程共建,实现双赢保障措施。通过校企共建课程有效利用行业、企业资源,使在校大学生能够最大程度地满足业界职业要求,培育出满足产业需求的实用型、复合型软件人才,达到产学合作、协同育人目的。“Java Web Development Technology” as a course with higher requirements on practical technology and post skills, can no longer meet the needs of talent training in the traditional teaching mode of colleges and universities. Therefore,“Java Web Development Technology” course jointly established by colleges and enterprises can effectively solve this problem. School-enterprise curriculum co-construction is mainly carried out from the aspects of school-enterprise co-construction teaching team,co-optimization of teaching content,co-construction of teaching resources,joint assessment and evaluation,and the provision of practical training programs and bases by enterprises. At the same time,school-enterprise shall formulate the curriculum co-construction measures in three aspects of organization,management and teachers to achieve a win-win situation. By making effective use of industry and enterprise resources through school-enterprise co-construction courses,college students can meet the professional requirements of the industry to the greatest extent and cultivate practical and compound software talents to meet the needs of the industry,so as to achieve the purpose of industryuniversity cooperation and collaborative education.
