摘　　要：《青海省养殖水域滩涂规划(2019—2030年)》正式颁布实施,该规划是渔业管理的基本制度,是水产养殖业发展的布局依据,是推进产业转型升级的重要抓手。本文就《规划》编制的背景、重要性、主要框架和内容等进行解读,并重点对水产养殖禁养区、限养区、养殖区三区功能区划分的水域分布、类型、管理措施,以及相关数据处理方法加以论述和探讨,以期在规划具体落地实施过程中有所帮助和指导。The plan of the waters of the tidal flats in Qinghai Province(2019-2030) has been promulgated and carried out from 2019.The plan is the basic system for the fisheries management,it is the layout accordance for the development of aquaculture industry,and it is an important handgrip to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper interpret the background,importance,main framework and content of the plan.Meanwhile,it mainly discusses the water area distribution,types,management measures and the related data processing methods of the three functional areas (forbidden area of aquaculture,limited area of aquaculture,aquaculture area ) so that it could provide some help and guidance in the specific implementation process of this plan.
