摘  要:南钢2号高炉(2550 m^3)连续生产已近13年,冷却壁漏水严重。对炉役后期的冷却壁破损状况、破损原因、维护措施、漏水治理、高炉操作优化等方面进行了阐述和分析,通过采取一系列冷却壁漏水治理应对措施,实现了炉役后期高炉的安全、高效生产。The Blast Furnace 2#(2550 m^3)at NISCO has been in continuous production for nearly 13 years, therefore the water leakage of the cooling panels is serious recently. This article describes and analyzes the damage condition, damage reason, maintenance measures, water leakage control and operation optimization of blast furnace in the later service period. By adopting a series of measures for water leakage control of cooling panels, the safe and efficient production of blast furnace in the later service is achieved.
