摘 要:为解决新建有砟线路精测精捣作业中,轨道高低调整效果与预期效果差异显著、重复捣固作业遍数增多的难题,对影响纵向抄平作业精度的因素进行了分析。以新建有砟线路不同遍数的精测精捣数据为研究对象,从峰值管理和均值管理角度探讨轨道高低平顺性变化的内在关联性,提出一种提高轨道高低调整效果的起道量修正算法,并在精测精捣作业中对该算法的有效性进行了验证。结果表明:道床弹性不均及稳定作业引发轨道非均匀性下沉是精捣作业不理想的根本原因;起道量修正算法可在一定程度上削弱轨道非均匀性下沉对精捣作业的影响;运用起道量修正算法指导捣固车作业,不仅可减少1~2遍捣固次数,且轨道高低平顺性进一步提升。In order to solve the thorny problems that there is significant different between the track longitudinal level adjustment effect and expected effect and the repeated tamping operation times increase in the precise inspection and tamping operation of the new built railway the factors that affect the accuracy of the longitudinal leveling operation were analyzed.Taking the precise inspection and tamping data with different times collected from a new built ballast track as the research object the intrinsic relevance of track longitudinal level regularity changing was explored from the perspective of peak and mean management.A lifting correction algorithm(LCA)for improving track longitudinal level adjustment effect was proposed and the effectiveness of this algorithm was verified in the precision inspection and tamping operation.The results indicate that the track non uniform subsidence caused by ballast bed elastic uneven and stabilizing operation is the root cause for the unsatisfactory precise tamping operation and LCA can alleviate the negative influence caused by track non uniform subsidence on precise tamping operation.The LCA is used to guide the operation of tamping wagon which can not only reduce the tamping times by 1~2 times but also further improve the smoothness of track longitudinal level.
