摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对银屑病患者生活质量的影响效果。方法选取2017年4月-2019年1月在本院进行医治的46例银屑病患者作为研究对象,将其均等划分为A组与B组,每组各23例患者。A组患者进行常规的治疗,B组在A组的基础上,再进行心理干预。比较两组患者治疗前后的DLQI量表和Zung量表评分。结果干预后,两组患者的DLQI量表各项指标均显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组患者的改善程度优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的Zung抑郁量表评分和Zung焦虑量表评分都均优于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)且B组患者的改善效果优于A组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在银屑病患者的治疗中增加心理干预,能够有效改善患者的负面心理,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in patients with psoriasis. Methods 46 patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were equally divided into group A and group B, with 23 patients in each group. Group A received routine treatment. Group B received psychological intervention on the basis of group A. The scores of DLQI and Zung scales before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the indexes of DLQI scale in the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of group B was better than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After intervention, the Zung Depression Scale and Zung Anxiety Scale scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). And the improvement effect of group B was better than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention in the treatment of psoriasis patients can effectively improve the negative psychology of patients, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
