心力衰竭患者体表心电图与监护心电图差异分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析监护心电图与体表心电图监测心力衰竭患者存在的差异。方法选取2016年6月-2017年7月我院收治的115例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,对本组患者分别采用监护心电图及体表心电图进行监测,对比并分析两种检测方法之间存在的差异性。结果对本组115例心力衰竭患者研究显示,体表心电图ST-T段的灵敏度低于监护心电图,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);体表心电图Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联T波振幅与监护心电图T波振幅对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床中与体表心电图监测比较,监护心电图对心力衰竭患者监测效果更佳,该方法可减少受外界干扰影响,且操作简单,对患者预后效果及病情变化的监测更为准确。Objective To study and analyze the difference between monitoring electrocardiogram and body surface electrocardiogram in monitoring heart failure patients. Methods 115 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients in this group were monitored by monitoring electrocardiogram and body surface electrocardiogram. The differences between the two detection methods were compared and analyzed. Results A study of 115 patients with heart failure showed that the sensitivity of ST-T segment of ECG was lower than that of ECG monitoring(P < 0.05). The amplitude of T wave in leads Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of body surface electrocardiogram was significantly different from that in monitored electrocardiogram(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with ECG monitoring on body surface, ECG monitoring on heart failure patients is more effective. This method can(3) reduce the influence of external interference, and it is simple to operate. It is more accurate to monitor the prognosis of patients and the changes of their condition.
