摘  要:为实现基于多参数的典型石化高温设备健康监测系统开发,对声发射、温度、振动传感器进行了数据采集、处理和分析,以得到有效的数据为后续分析提供数据基础。研究发现温度数据的形式单一,但采集到的声发射以及振动的数据量大,特征参数多,传输不便,需要对其进行预处理以简化参数。研究结果表明,通过分析声发射信号的特征参数,关注循环温度下的温度曲线及温度梯度,提取振动数据的功率谱,以及对多参数数据进行耦合分析,能够较好地实现对典型高温设备的健康监测。In order to realize the development of health monitoring system for typical petrochemical high temperature equipment based on multi-parameters, data acquisition, processing and analysis of acoustic emission,temperature and vibration sensors were carried out, in order to provide data basis for subsequent analysis with effective data. It was found that the form of temperature data was single, but the amount of data collected from acoustic emission and vibration was large, the characteristic parameters were many, and the transmission was inconvenient. It was necessary to pretreat them to simplify the parameters. The results show that by analyzing the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal, paying attention to the temperature curve and temperature gradient under cyclic temperature, extracting the power spectrum of vibration data, and coupling analysis of multiparameter data, the health monitoring of typical high temperature equipment could be well realized.
