妊娠期围生期水痘病毒感染的妊娠结局分析

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠期围生期水痘病毒感染的妊娠结局,以供临床借鉴。方法 65例妊娠合并水痘患者作为研究对象,采取回顾性分析的方式对其病历资料进行综合分析。结果 65例患者水痘发生时间为孕7周~产后1周,平均发病时间为产前(3.98±0.64)d,伴发合并症8例。65例患者中有40例分娩出健康婴儿, 1例出现先天性水痘综合征, 24例为新生儿水痘。新生儿水痘的平均发病时间为产后(9.72±1.34)d,其中单纯水痘18例,占75.0%;伴发合并症6例,占25.0%,其中死亡2例,占33.33%(2/6),其死亡原因为中毒性肝炎及肺炎。结论中晚期妊娠或围生期水痘病毒感染者发生新生儿水痘的风险较高。新生儿水痘通常发生于出生后的2周内,潜伏期较短的患儿易伴发合并症。Objective To study the pregnancy outcomes of perinatal varicella virus infection during pregnancy for clinical reference.Methods A total of 65 pregnancy patients complicated with variella were taken as study subject, and their medical records were comprehensively analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results The onset time of varicella in 65 patients was 7 weeks of gestation-1 week of postpartum, and the average onset time was(3.98±0.64) d before delivery. There were 8 cases of complications. Of the 65 patients, there were40 healthy infants, 1 case of congenital varicella syndrome and 24 cases of neonatal varicella. The average onset time of neonatal varicella was postpartum(9.72± 1.34) d,of which 18 cases were simple varicella,accounting for75.0%;6 cases were accompanied by complications, accounting for 25.0%,of which 2 cases died, accounting for33.33%(2/6).The causes of death were toxic hepatitis and pneumonia. Conclusion The risk of neonatal varicella is higher in mid-late pregnancy or perinatal varicella virus infection. Neonatal varicella usually occurs within2 weeks after birth,and children with short latency are prone to complications.
