苯溴马隆、碳酸氢钠口服联合芒硝冰片外敷对改善老年痛风性关节炎效果的研究

摘　　要：目的观察苯溴马隆、碳酸氢钠口服联合芒硝冰片外敷治疗老年痛风性关节炎(GA)的临床疗效。方法 60例老年痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组、实验A组、实验B组,各20例。对照组给予常规护理+秋水仙碱+苯溴马隆、碳酸氢钠口服治疗,实验A组在常规护理基础上联合单纯芒硝、冰片外敷痛风关节治疗,实验B组在常规护理基础上联合芒硝、冰片外敷+苯溴马隆、碳酸氢钠口服治疗。比较三组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的血尿酸(SUA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果实验A组总有效率85%、实验B组总有效率95%均高于对照组的55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验A组和实验B组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组SUA、CRP水平均低于治疗前,实验A组和实验B组SUA、CRP水平均低于对照组,实验B组SUA、CRP水平低于实验A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用苯溴马隆、碳酸氢钠口服联合芒硝冰片外敷可有效缓解痛风性关节炎的临床症状,其临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mirabilite combined with borneol external application on improving elderly gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into control group, experimental group A and experimental group B, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing+ colchicine + benzbromarone and sodium bicarbonate oral administration,experimental group A received mirahilite combined with borneol external application on the basis of routine nursing, and experimental group B received mirabilite combined with borneol external application +benzbromarone and sodium bicarbonate oral administration on the basis of routine nursing.The treatment efffect,serum uric acid(SUA) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels before and after treatment was compared in three groups. Results Experimental group A had total effective rate as 85%, and experimental group B had total effective rate as 95%, which were all higher than 55% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental group A and experimental group B had no statistically significant difference in total effective rate(P>0.05). After treatment, three groups had lower SUA and CRP than those before treatment,experimental group A and experimental group B had lower SUA and CRP than the control group,and experimental group B had lower SUA and CRP than the experimental group A. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of benzbromarone and sodium bicarbonate combined with external application of mirabilite borneol can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of gouty arthritis,and its clinical efficacy is significant.It is worthy of clinical application.
