川芎注射液联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察川芎注射液联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分两组。对照组40例贝那普利,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组58例川芎注射液,80mg/d,滴注;贝那普利治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床表现、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HblA c)、尿蛋白24h尿蛋白、血肌酐(SCr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白水平、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]FBG、2hPG、HbAlc两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。24h尿蛋白水平、肾功能水平两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]川芎注射液联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Chuanxiong injection combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. [Methods] A randomized parallel control method was used to randomly divide 98 hospitalized patients into two groups according to the disease number. In the control group, 40 cases of benazepril, 10 mg/time, once/d. Treatment group 58 cases of Chuanxiong injection, 80 mg/d, instillation;benazepril treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 14 days is a course of treatment.Observed clinical manifestations, fasting blood glucose(FBG), postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HblA c), urine protein 24 h urine protein, serum creatinine(SCr), serum urea nitrogen(BUN), 24 h urine protein level, poor reaction. Treatment for 1 course of treatment, to determine the efficacy. [Results] The FBG, 2 hPG and HbAlc groups improved(P<0.01), and the treatment group improved better than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). The 24 h urine protein level and renal function level were improved in both groups(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01). [Conclusion] Chuanxiong injection combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
