祛风止痛膏穴位热敷+红外线灯照射联合布洛芬治疗风寒头痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察祛风止痛膏穴位热敷+红外线灯照射联合布洛芬治疗风寒头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法抽签随机分为两组。对照组45例布洛芬,0.3g/次,2次/d。治疗组45例穴位热敷+红外线灯照射,祛风止痛膏(艾叶60g,白芷、川芎、薄荷各20g,细辛、苏叶、羌活各15g),放置于中药纱布袋中,患者取坐位或仰卧位,将中药袋放置于双侧风池、风府、太阳、头维、翳风及阿是穴,红外线灯照射,距离中药袋20cm,30min/次,2d1次,治疗3次;布洛芬治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床表现、头痛频率、VAS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(7d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈25例,显效11例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%;对照组临床痊愈20例,显效10例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率80.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。VAS评分、头痛频率两组均有降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低多于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛风止痛膏穴位热敷+红外线灯照射联合布洛芬治疗风寒头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of therapeutic effect of acupoint hot compress with Qufeng Zhitong ointment plus infrared lamp irradiation combined with ibuprofen on wind-cold headache.[Method] Ninety outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of visits by randomized parallel control method. 45 cases of ibuprofen in control group, 0.3 g/time, twice a day. 45 cases in the treatment group were treated with Qufeng Zhitong ointment (Aiye 60g, Baizhi, Chuanxiong, Bohe each 20g, Xixin, Suye, Qianghuo each 15g). The ointment was ground with vinegar and heated. The temperature was acceptable to the patients. The ointment was hot compressed at Fengchi, Fengfu, Sun, Touwei, Dangfeng and Ashi points for 30 minutes per time. Western medicine treatment was the same as the control group. Courseof 7 days. Clinical manifestations, weekly headache attacks, VAS scores and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment (7 days) was used to determine the curative effect.[Result] In the treatment group, 25 cases were cured clinically, 11 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.56%. In the control group, 20 cases were cured clinically, 10 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score and the number of headache attacks per week in both groups decreased (P<0.01), and the decrease in treatment group was more than that in control group (P<0.01).[Conclusion] Therapeutic effect of acupoint hot compress with Qufeng Zhitong ointment plus infrared lamp irradiation combined with ibuprofen on wind-cold headache has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
