摘　　要：红景天《神农本草经》列为上品,“治大热,火疮,身热烦,邪恶气。花,主女人漏下赤白,轻身,明目”。《晶珠本草》“大株红景天治瘟病时疫,清肺热,治脉病”。全世界分布近百种,我国境内景天属植物共73种。不同生长环境下疗效不同,大花红景天益气活血,通脉平喘;狭叶红景天清热解毒、消肿,治瘟疫、肺热、脉热、伤风感冒及四肢肿胀等。主要成分红景天苷、多糖含量不同产地差异明显。用于急性心肌梗死大鼠能有效减少梗死面积,显著改善梗死区炎性细胞浸润;可通过扩张血管,增加血流量,有效降低心脏后负荷治疗心绞痛;红景天化合物可增强抗缺氧耐受能力,降低耗氧量;稳定细胞膜离子泵及钙通道,从而稳定细胞膜反应性,使异常增快的钙离子内流减慢,抑制或消除心律失常异位节律。红景天苷可活化与抗衰老相关的信号通路、促进骨生成等,有效促进机体修复,预防骨质疏松,延缓衰老。改善心肌细胞中缺氧诱导因子-1(信使核糖核酸)表达,从而改善高原缺氧。临床应用较多的是大株红景天,仍处于辅助用药阶段,尤其是心脑血管疾病,主要活性成分含量研究较少,治疗其它疾病尚有待研究。Hongjingtian shennong herbal scripture is listed as top grade, "for severe heat, fire sores, body hot trouble, evil gas. There are nearly 100 species in the world and 73 species of sedum in China. Under different growth environment, the curative effect is different. Narrow leaf rhodiola antipyretic detoxification, detumescence, treatment of plague, lung heat, pulse heat, cold and limb swelling. The contents of salidroside and polysaccharide were obviously different in different producing areas. Acute myocardial infarction rats can effectively reduce the infarct area and significantly improve the inflammatory cell infiltration in the infarct area. Angina can be effectively treated by dilating blood vessels to increase blood flow and reduce cardiac afterload. Rhodiola compounds can enhance the tolerance to hypoxia and reduce oxygen consumption. Stabilize the membrane ion pump and calcium channel, so as to stabilize the membrane reactivity, slow down the abnormal increase of calcium ion flow, inhibit or eliminate arrhythmia ectopic rhythm. Salidroside can activate the signaling pathway related to anti-aging, promote bone formation, and effectively promote body repair, prevent osteoporosis, and delay aging. To improve the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1(messenger RNA) in myocardial cells, thereby improving the plateau hypoxia. Rhodiola rosea is widely used in clinical practice, and it is still in the stage of adjuvant medication, especially in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. There are few studies on the content of main active ingredients, and the treatment of other diseases remains to be studied.
