摘  要:以钢渣为原料,制备了一种免烧复合钢渣滤料,并表征了其物化性能、除磷效能和碱 度释放能力。同时,结合等温吸附公式和吸附动力学,初步分析了复合钢渣滤料的除磷机制。试验 结果表明,制备该免烧复合钢渣滤料无需高温烧结,具有制备成本低、环境污染小等特点;制备出的 复合钢渣滤料具有粒径均匀、强度高、比表面积大、孔隙率高、性能稳定等特性,更易于在实际工程 中应用。复合钢渣滤料具有优良的磷去除效能和碱度释放能力,对磷的去除率始终保持在80%以 上。复合钢渣滤料的吸附特性更符合Langmuir等温吸附规律,磷去除过程符合Lagergren准二级吸 附动力学规律,除磷过程以化学吸附作用为主。将免烧复合钢渣滤料作为生物载体与吸附介质,应 用于AO交替运行生物滤池中处理实际废水,其表现出了较好的持续吸附与生物协同除磷效能。A non-sintering composite steel slag filter was prepared from waste steel slag,and its physical properties,alkalinity release capacity and phosphorus removal characteristics were investigated.In addition,the phosphorus removal mechanism of composite steel slag filter was preliminarily analyzed,combined with isothennal adsorption formula and adsorption kinetics.The results indicated that there was no need of high temperature sintering during the preparation process of the non?sintering composite steel slag filter,and the process had the characteristics of low preparation cost and little pollution to environment.The prepared filter owned uniform particle size distribution,high mechanical strength,large specific surface area,high porosity and stable performance,which was easier to be applied in practical engineering.Moreover,the composite filter performed high efficiency of phosphorus removal and alkalinity release,and the removal rate of phosphorus was always above 80%.In addition,the adsorption characteristics of composite steel slag filter were more in line with Langmuir isothermal adsorption law,and the phosphorus removal process was conformed to Lagergren quasi-secondary adsorption kinetic,in which the phosphorus removal was dominated by chemical adsorption.The non-sintering composite steel slag filter was used as the biological carrier and adsorption medium to treat the real wastewater in an alternative AO operational biological filter,in which a good performance of continuous adsorption and biological synergistic phosphorus removal was obtained.
