摘 要:传统的径向双凸极永磁发电机尺寸较大,在工作时必须配置功率变换器和转子位置检测器,结构较为复杂,且存在输出电压调节困难和内部短路故障时无法及时灭磁的缺点,为了解决这个问题,提出了一种结合了轴向磁通电机和电励磁双凸极电机特点的新型结构的双定子电励磁双凸极发电机,给出了电机的基本结构和工作原理,详细叙述了电机设计的基本方法和流程,通过三维有限元仿真的方法对电机的三相磁链,感应电动势,气隙磁密以及静态特性等参数进行了仿真验证,从而初步证实了所设计电机理论上的合理性和正确性。The traditional radial doubly salient permanent magnet generator has complex structures and larger size. When it is used as a generator, the power converter and the sensor of rotor position must be needed and have the disadvantage of adjusting the output voltage and timely de-exctitation on short-circuit fault. In order to solve this problem, the paper presented a new type of doubly salient electro-magnetic motion with two stators, which combined the characteristics of axial magnetic flux motor and the electric excitation doubly salient motor. The basic structure and working principle of the motor were given, and the basic method and process of motor design were described in detail. The static characteristic parameters of the designed motor such as three-phase flux linkage, back EMF, and air gap magnetic flux density were derived by the finite element simulation software, which shows that the generator in this paper is practical.
