摘 要:为保证摆线针轮传动的整体性能,需要进行修形。以柱销输出摆线针轮为研究对象,采用修形变量递增的方式,在初步确定修形范围后,通过研究接触初始间隙随修形量的变化规律,得出摆线轮与针齿的接触齿数,并对摆线轮各接触齿进行受力分析,确认柱销对摆线轮的作用力受修形量改变的影响很小。最后通过对比轴承对摆线轮的受力,确定最终的修形量,以保证摆线轮的受力最小。In order to ensure the overall performance of the cycloidal-pin wheel transmission, it needs to be modified.Taking the cycloidal-pin wheel with dowel pin output as the research object and adopting the method of incremental modification variable, the number of contact teeth between the cycloidal gear and the pin wheel was obtained through the study of the regular pattern in which the initial gap of contacting was varied with the modification amount upon the preliminary definition of the modification range.The stress analysis of each contact tooth of the cycloid wheel was carried out.It is confirmed that the change of the modification amount has little influence on the acting force of the dowel pin to the cycloidal gear.Finally, the final modification amount was determined by comparing the stress on the cycloidal gear applied by the bearing to ensure that the stress on the cycloid wheel was minimal.
