摘　　要：针对某进口混凝土泵车回转减速机损坏后零配件采购成本高且周期长的问题,对回转减速机进行维修与优化。对回转中心距进行了计算,并对维修优化方案进行了介绍。维修优化后的回转减速机应用于混凝土泵车,运行效果良好。In view of high procurement cost and long procurement cycle of the damaged slewing reducer of imported concrete pump trucks, the slewing reducer should be maintained and optimized.The slewing center distance was calculated and the maintenance & optimization scheme was introduced.When the maintained and optimized slewing reducer is applied to the concrete pump truck, the operation performance is good.
