摘　　要：基于动车组检修的需求与原有动车组真空断路器拆卸过程中存在的问题,设计了动车组真空断路器智能化拆装工装。介绍了这一工装的整体要求,分析了这一工装的结构,并给出了具体技术参数。应用这一工装,可以提高动车组检修的稳定性与工作效率。Based on the requirements of EMU maintenance and the problems existing in the disassembly process of the original EMU vacuum circuit breaker, the intelligent disassembly and assembly tooling of the EMU vacuum circuit breaker was designed.The overall requirements of this tooling were introduced.The structure of this tooling was analyzed and the specific technical parameters were given.The application of this tooling can improve the stability and work efficiency of the EMU maintenance.
