朝鲜与日韩之间双边关系比较分析

摘　　要：2018年朝鲜以“冬奥外交”为突破口,相继实现了与韩中美的首脑会晤,务实的外交在很大程度上缓解了朝鲜半岛紧张局势。就朝鲜与日韩之间双边政治关系而言,朝日和朝韩之间改善双边关系的动机和方式不同,朝韩之间改善双边关系的动机更为强烈。而在双边经贸合作上,朝日之间双边经贸合作历史更长,发展层次比朝韩合作更高,朝韩经贸关系容易受朝鲜半岛南北政治博弈的影响。朝鲜半岛局势出现缓和的新形势下,针对朝鲜与日韩之间双边关系的进一步发展,从朝日双边关系、朝韩双边关系、朝鲜的立场以及朝鲜和大国间的博弈等视角进行展望,以期对相关领域的研究提供基础性资料。Taking the “Winter Olympic diplomacy” as the breakthrough, DPRK has realized the summit talks with ROK, China and US in 2018, which has largely reduced tensions on the Korean Peninsula. As for the bilateral politics, both DPRK and ROK carry the motives to improve the bilateral relations stronger than that of DPRK and Japan;as for the bilateral economy, DPRK has a higher level and a longer history of economic cooperation with Japan. DPRK-ROK economic and trade relations are easily influenced by the North-South political gaming. Based on DPRK-Japan relations, DPRK-ROK relations, DPRK’ standpoint and gaming among the powers, an outlook has been made herein on the bilateral relations between DPRK, ROK and Japan.
