摘　　要：1307(上)工作面呈"鱼"型不规则布置,轨顺按五段折线布置,运顺按161°折线转变布置。为解决复杂条件采区和工作面运输顺槽转向、拐弯布置时,胶带顺槽布置上需要多部输送机搭接使用存在设备种类多、装机容量、设备维护量大、工人劳动强度大、运行成本高等缺点,为解决这一系统性问题,所以研制一种可靠的工作面巷道胶带输送机连续转弯输送装置很有必要。确定拐弯半径是设计平面拐弯带式输送机最重要的一项工作,拐弯半径设计的是否合理,决定了皮带机能否拐弯成功。以往实践证明,槽型角愈大,胶带愈不易跑偏。槽角的加大有利于胶带的居中自动调节,减小拐弯半径,将拐弯段的H支架两侧支撑根据抬高角设计为有一定高度差可以有效加大槽角。The 1307(top) working face is arranged irregularly in the "fish" type, the track is arranged according to the five-segment folding line, and the Yunshun is arranged according to the 161 ° folding line. There are many kinds of equipment, large installed capacity, large equipment maintenance,large labor intensity of workers, and high operating costs. In order to solve this systemic problem, it is necessary to develop a reliable continuous turning conveyor for roadway belt conveyor. To determine the turning radius is the most important work in designing the plane turning belt conveyor. Whether the turning radius is reasonable or not determines whether the belt machine can turn successfully. Past practice has proved that the larger the slot angle, the more difficult it is for the tape to run. The increase of the groove angle is conducive to the automatic adjustment of the center of the duct tape, reducing the turning radius, and designing the support on both sides of the H bracket in the bend section to have a certain height difference can effectively increase the groove angle.
