摘　　要：文章参照主要生产参数与生铁w[S]的对应关系,对影响生铁w[S]的因素进行分析探讨。结果表明:休风对铁水w[S]有影响,但不明显;硫负荷对铁水质量影响非常明显,二者具有很好的对应关系,降低入炉硫负荷对提高生铁质量具有重要的意义;稳定炉温是稳定铁水质量的前提;要提升铁水质量,必须提高且稳定炉渣碱度;煤气利用率处于平稳状态时,有利于铁水脱硫。In this paper, the factors affecting the w[ S ] in pig iron are analyzed and discussed by referring to the corresponding relationship between main production parameters and w[ S ] in pig iron. The results showed that damping down has effects on w[ S ] in hot metal, but not obvious;the effects of sulphur load on quality of hot metal are obvious and their corresponding relationship is good, therefore, it is significant to reduce the sulphur load in furnace for improving the quality of pig iron;stable furnace temperature is the premise for stabilizing the quality of hot metal;in order to improve the quality of hot metal, the basicity of slag must be increased and stable;when the utilization ratio of gas was stable, it is beneficial to desulfurization of hot metal.
