摘  要:文章对600MPa级汽车结构用双相钢热轧板与热轧酸洗板组织与性能进行比较,结果表明:酸洗后屈服强度与抗拉强度均有提高,延伸率变化不大,热轧酸洗板性能满足标准要求;因酸洗工序前要进行拉矫工序,对钢板产生一定的加工硬化,进行系列温度冲击试验,酸洗板的冲击功要比热轧板的冲击功值低;经过酸洗工序后,其组织为大量的多边形铁素体和少量的马氏体,由于冷变形,晶粒度由10.5级变为12.0级,晶粒变得更细小。In this paper, the microstructure and properties of hot rolled 600 MPa grade dual phase steel plate for automobile structure are compared with those of hot rolled pickling plate. The results show that both of the yield strength and tensile strength are improved after pickling, there is no great change for elongation as well as the performances of hot rolled pickling plate could meet the requirements of standard;due to the work hardening of plate caused by withdrawal and straightening process before pickling, the impact energy values of pickling plate are lower than those of hot rolled plate with a series of thermal shock tests;after the pickling process, the microstructure is a large number of polygonal ferrite and a small amount of martensite, the grain size is changed from grade 10.5 to grade 12.0 and grain becomes finer because of cold deformation.
