摘　　要：由于紧固件行业对高等级紧固件的需求量逐年提高,为此开发ML35CrMo合金冷镦钢线材。文章通过对ML35CrMo冷镦钢转炉冶炼、精炼、连铸、轧制等工序的控制以及盘条热处理制度的选择,最终使调质后的成品盘条的非金属夹杂物、力学性能、冷顶锻和洛氏硬度都满足标准要求。Since the demand of high-grade fasteners in the fastener industry is increased year by year, the ML35CrMo alloying cold heading steel wire rod is developed. In this paper, it is introduced the non-metallic inclusions, mechanical properties, cold heading and rockwell hardness of quenched and tempered finished wire rod could all meet the standard requirements through controlling such processes as converter smelting, refining, continuous casting and rolling for ML35CrMo cold heading steel as well as selecting heat treatment system for wire rod.
