湖州西铁路物流基地布局优化探讨

摘　　要：湖州西铁路物流基地是中国铁路总公司规划建设的二级铁路物流基地之一,位于湖州南太湖产业集聚区内,具备良好的公路、铁路、水运多式联运条件,是铁路拓展白货物流市场的重要载体。概述湖州西铁路物流基地发展现状,在湖州地区产业集群发展、物流需求激增环境下,探讨既有湖州西铁路物流基地存在的问题,通过分析包装成件货物、散堆装货物、长大笨重货物、保税区、集装箱、仓储配送等主要功能区间的物流关系,提出湖州西铁路物流基地功能布局优化方案,为湖州西铁路物流基地功能布局与城市物流体系融合发展提供决策依据。Huzhou West Railway Logistics Base is one of the secondary railway logistics bases planned and constructed by China Railway Corporation. Located in the industrial cluster of South Taihu Lake in Huzhou, it is endowed with favorable conditions for multimodal transportation, and is considered as an important foundation for expanding logistics market of "white goods". Taking into account the circumstances that the industrial clusters in Huzhou has experienced rapid development with fast growth in logistics demand, this paper briefly introduces the development of Huzhou West Railway Logistics Base, and addresses problems existing in Huzhou West Railway Logistics Base.Based on the analysis of the logistics relations among major function areas such as area for packaged goods, area for bulk goods, area for long and heavy goods, bonded area, area for containers, area for warehousing and distribution, the paper proposes an optimized outlay plan for Huzhou West Railway Logistics Base, and provides policy support in promoting integrated development between the base and the urban logistics system.
