摘　　要：网络技术的发展为“互联网+”背景下高校教师培训提供了新的方向。在实证调研的基础上,总结高校教师专业发展的培训现状,从培训需求分析、内容设计、网络培训技术设计、培训评估、培训内容转化与迁移等方面分析当前的高校教师专业发展培训存在的问题,以此为基础提出高校教师专业能力提升与全面发展的改进策略。The development of network technology provides a new direction for the college teachers’ training under the background of internet+. On the basis of empirical research, the authors summarize the current situations of university teachers’ professional development training, analyze problems from the aspects of training needs analysis, content design, network technology design, training evaluation and training transformation.Meanwhile,they put forwards improvement strategies on enhancing the professional competence and integrated development of teachers in colleges and universities.
