氯沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗青年高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究青年高血压使用氯沙坦联合美托洛尔的效果。方法:收治青年高血压患者200例,数字表法分为两组各100例。对照组行美托洛尔联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,试验组行氯沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,比较效果。结果:相比于对照组,试验组治疗后血压、心率、临床总有效率均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青年高血压采用氯沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,效果确切。Objective:To study the effect of losartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of young people with hypertension. Methods:200 young hypertensive patients were selected,they were divided into the two groups by number table method with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets,while the experimental group was treated with losartan combined with metoprolol,we compared the effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood pressure,heart rate and clinical total effective rate were significantly improved in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Losartan combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of hypertension in young people.
