摘 要:少数民族新生代农民工作为具有独特民族身份、民族文化的群体,其市民化关系到城镇化进程和民族地区发展。基于对合肥市的实地研究,认为少数民族新生代农民工市民化受到务工原因、务工时间、消费水平等经济因素,户籍与社会保障等制度因素,与城市管理者、城市居民的关系等社会环境因素,宗教信仰、人力资本、社会资本、对家乡和亲友的感情、语言、饮食、生活习惯等个人因素的共同影响。少数民族新生代农民工市民化是其自身主动融入和城市对其接纳的双向过程,需要政府、社会和个人协调合作,共同推进。As a group with unique ethnic identity and culture, the citizenization of the new generation of ethnic minority migrant workers is related to the process of urbanization and the development of ethnic areas. Based on the field study of Hefei, it is considered that the citizenization of the new generation of ethnic minority migrant workers is influenced by economic factors such as working reasons, working hours, and consumption level, institutional factors such as the household registration and the social security, social environment factors such as the relationship with urban managers and residents, and personal factors such as religious beliefs, human capital, social capital, emotion, language, diet, living habits, etc. The citizenization of the new generation of ethnic minorities migrant workers is a two-way process of their own initiative integration and urban acceptance, which requires coordination and cooperation among the government, society and individuals.
