摘  要:某公司一催化装置原是用轻柴油作再吸收塔吸收剂,干气C3吸收效果不佳。2017年7月,分馏塔顶循油作再吸收油流程改造完成后投用,再吸收油返分馏塔仍是走原流程进入分馏塔,干气C3含量由2.24%下降至1.84%,而且分馏塔一中热量充足,解吸塔底蒸汽用量由3t/h下降至1.4t/h,年增效益440万元。A catalytic unit of a company used light diesel oil as resorbent,but the absorption effect of dry gas C3 was not good. In July 2017, the top of the fractionator was put into operation after the revamping of the reabsorbed oil process. The reabsorbed oil returning fractionator still went into the fractionator after the original process. The C3 content of dry gas decreased from 2.24% to 1.84%, and there was sufficient heat in the first fractionator. The steam consumption at the bottom of the desorption tower decreased from 3 t/h to 1.4 t/h, with an annual benefit of 4.4 million yuan.
