摘 要:陕西省洋县钒钛磁铁矿矿石品位极低,铁矿物赋存状态复杂,属于难磨难选类矿石,采用传统方法钛损失量极大。为了减少选厂选矿过程中钛资源的浪费,采用ZCLA新技术对该矿球磨排矿进行了抛尾工业试验,提出了洋县超贫钒钛磁铁矿选矿新工艺。研究结果表明:在给料粒度为-5 mm,采用ZCLA粗粒抛尾新技术,抛出的尾矿TiO 2品位仅为1.62%,抛尾率为36.36%,可直接抛废,减少了36.36%的选钛磨矿量;该工艺与筒式弱磁选粗粒抛尾工艺相比,尾矿TiO 2品位大幅降低,流程简单,且运行成本更低。The iron grade of vanadium-titanium magnetite ore is very low, and occurrence state of iron in ore of Yangxian County, Shaanxi Province is complex. It belongs to the refractory ore. The loss of titanium by traditional methods is very large. In order to reduce the waste of titanium resources in the beneficiation process of a mine, the tailings of ball milling and discharging of the vanadium-titanium-Qinggou Concentrator in Yangxian County were tested by ZCLA technology, and a new beneficiation process of ultra-lean vanadium-titanium magnetite in Yangxian County was put forward. The results show that with the feeding size of -5 mm, new technology of ZCLA coarse-grained tailings throwing, the grade of TiO 2 thrown out is only 1.62% and the tailings throwing rate is 36.36%, which can be discarded directly, and the amount of titanium dressing and grinding can be reduced by 36.36%. Compared with the process of discarding tailings by barrel low intensity magnetic separation, the TiO 2 grade of tailings is greatly reduced, and the process is simple and the operation cost is lower.
