摘  要:某萤石矿山为厚大萤石矿体,为解决采用浅孔留矿法回采厚大矿体时存在工作效率低、落矿困难、工人劳动强度高、有可能诱发安全事故发生等问题,采用中深孔无底部结构分段空场法,详细介绍了矿块参数设计、采切工程布置、回采工艺、通风及地压管理措施等。实践表明,采场生产能力从300 t/d提升至800 t/d,提高回采作业安全条件,降低工人劳动强度,使得开采厚大萤石矿体变得更加安全、经济、高效,具有一定的借鉴作用。Thick and large fluorite orebodies are developed in a fluorite mine,in order to solve the existing technical problems such as low working efficiency,mining difficult,high labor intensity and high frequency for safety accidents of the mine,the medium-length hole segmented open stope mining method with bottomless structure is proposed,the ore block parameter design,layout of mining and cutting engineering,stoping technique,ventilation and ground pressure management measures are discussed.The results show that after the application of the above measures,the stope production capacity is decreased from 300 t/d to 800 t/d,the stoping operation safety conditions is improved,labor intensity is lowered,the mining operation of thick and large fluorite orebody become more safer,cheaper and more efficient,which can provide some reliable reference for other miens.
