利三焦清湿热法治疗盆腔炎性疾病思路探讨

摘　　要：盆腔炎性疾病(PID)为妇科常见病和多发病,属炎性反应性感染性疾病,以腹痛或腰痛为临床特征,有些患者热象明显,可伴有发热、带下黄臭,尿赤便秘、甚则咽痛身痛、舌红苔黄腻等湿热内蕴征象。清利三焦治法是针对湿热邪气困遏三焦证候的治法,具有清热、利湿,宣畅气机的功效,广泛应用于外感热病及各科内伤杂病的治疗。借鉴清利三焦湿热治疗思路,应用温病学名方黄芩滑石汤治疗PID,取得良好效果,故本文对清利三焦湿热治疗PID的理论依据及治疗机制进行探讨,以供临床同道参考。Pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)is a common and frequently occurring symptom with easy relapse in gynecology.It is an inflammatory infectious disease.PID is characterized by abdominal pain or lumbago.Some patients have obvious symptom of damp accumulated and heat retained,for example,fever,yellowish foul leucorrhea,deep colored urine,constipation,sore throat,pain of the body.The treatment of clearing and promoting sanjiao is the method to treat the syndrome of damp accumulated and heat retained in sanjiao.The method could clear heat,excrete damp and promote qi movement.It is widely used for treating the exogenous fever and various internal diseases.We used Huangqin Huashi Decotion,the famous formula in warm diseases,based on the treatment ideas of clearing and promoting sanjiao,achieving good results.Therefore,this paper discussed the theory and the mechanism of this method in treating PID,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.
