摘 要:以某主跨345m钢-混组合梁自锚式悬索桥为实例,从主跨跨径、吊索间距、桥面宽度以及施工方案等方面探讨了关键参数对用钢量指标的影响。分析结果表明:主跨跨径对用钢量指标影响显著,主梁用钢量指标变化幅约为跨径变化幅的一半,主缆用钢量指标变化幅略大于跨径变化幅;吊索间距对主梁受力影响不大,适当增大吊索和钢横梁间距可降低用钢量指标;相同跨径下,每平米桥面用钢量指标随桥宽增大而有所降低,32m桥宽用钢量指标约为22m桥宽的87%;施工方案对主梁用钢量指标影响较大,105m临时墩间距顶推施工的主梁用钢量比满堂支架施工增加32%。所得结论可为同类桥型设计提供参考。This paper investigates the effects of main span length,distance between hangers,bridge chord and construction scheme on the steel consumption amount for steel-concrete composite self-anchored suspension bridges.The analysis is demonstrated on such a suspension bridge of main span 345 m.The results indicate that the steel consumption amount is significantly affected by the main span length.Specifically speaking,the variation in the amount of steel required for the girder is approximately half of the variation in the main span length,while the variation in the amount of steel required for main cables is slightly higher than the variation in the main span length.The distance between hangers has little effects.An appropriate increase in the distance between hangers and in the distance between transverse beams causes a decline in the steel consumption amount.With the main span unchanged,the steel consumption amount is negatively proportional to bridge chord,e.g.the steel consumption amount for a suspension bridge of chord 32 m is 87% of that for the same bridge but with a different chord 22 m.The construction scheme is another key factor affecting significantly the steel consumption amount.The steel consumption amount for a bridge constructed by the Incremental Launching Method with a temporary pier distance 105 m is 32% more than that for the same bridge by the Full Scaffold Construction Scheme.The presented results provide reference for the design of bridges of the same type.
