摘  要:目的:分析对急性小儿支气管炎实行安儿宁颗粒与阿奇霉素干混悬剂联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取90例在我院接受治疗的急性小儿支气管炎患者作为临床研究对象,入院时间为2017年9月~2018年8月,以治疗方式的不同分组,实行阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗的设为对照组,实行安儿宁颗粒与阿奇霉素干混悬剂联合治疗的设为观察组,将两组的疗效进行比较。结果:比较治疗效果,对照组显著低于观察组;比较湿啰音、干啰音以及咳嗽消失时间,对照组均长于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予急性小儿支气管炎安儿宁颗粒与阿奇霉素干混悬剂联合治疗可提高临床治疗效果,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of Anerning Granule and Azithromycin Dry Suspension in children with acute bronchitis. Methods:Ninety patients with acute bronchitis in children who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the clinical research objects. The patients treated with azithromycin dry suspension were divided into two groups. The control group was composed of patients treated with azithromycin dry suspension and the combination of Anerning granule and azithromycin dry suspension was implemented. The patients treated were set as observation group,and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results:After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of crude and moderate wet rales,dry rales and cough in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination therapy of Anerning Granule and Azithromycin dry suspension can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect of acute bronchitis in children,and has high clinical application value.
