利用PASS系统对某院2017年住院医嘱的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:利用合理用药监测系统(PASS)对某院住院医嘱的用药情况进行汇总分析,促进临床合理用药。方法:利用PASS系统审查某院2017年所有住院医嘱,并对不同类型的不合理用药结果进行统计、分析。结果:在审核的不合理医嘱中,绝对禁忌(黑色警示)医嘱数14543(4.48%),较严重警示(红色警示)医嘱数193188(59.45%)少。黑色警示主要为注射剂配伍禁忌、药物禁忌、儿童用药、药物相互作用等。结论:PASS系统能在一定程度上监测医嘱中的不合理用药情况,有利于提高临床合理用药水平,但PASS系统存在一定缺陷,应在使用过程中不断完善。Objective:To investigate and analyze the irrational drug use in medical orders for inpatients by prescription automatic screening system (PASS)and to improve the clinical rational drug use level. Methods:PASS was used for analyzing the medical records in 2017,and the results were analyzed statistically. Results:In the irrational medical records,the number of absolute contraindication (black warning)and representing a serious warning(red warning)medical records was 14543(4.48%),193188(59.45%),respectively. The black warning types included iv medicine incompatibility,drug contraindications,children's medication,drug interactions,etc. Conclusion:PASS can efficiently monitor the irrational drug use in medical order and prevent and reduce adverse drug reactions. However,PASS should be further improved for the limitation of the function.
