摘　　要：目的评价血清结核抗体检测在肺结核的临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取烟台肺科医院结核科2017年11月至2018年3月治疗的肺结核患者90例,随机分别设立实验组45例和对照组45例。实验组患者抽取静脉血,留取血清进行血清结核抗体酶联免疫吸附法检测;对照组患者进行痰涂片检查。结果通过两组数据对比,实验组的检测阳性率为93.33%,对照组的检测阳性率为73.33%,两组数据结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清结核抗体检测在诊断肺结核的临床检验过程中检测灵敏度较高,且操作简便,临床工作中应大力推广。Objective Evaluation of the clinical value of serum tuberculosis antibody in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in Yantai Lung Hospital from Nov.2017 to March 2018 were selected,45 of the experimental group and 45 in the control group were established in randomly.Venous blood was drawn from the patients in the experimental group and serum was retained for detection of serum TB antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),sputum smear examination was performed in the control group. Results By comparing the two sets of data,the positive rate of the test group was 93.33%.The positive rate of the control group was 73.33%.There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of the serum tuberculosis antibody in the clinical examination of the diagnosis of the pulmonary tuberculosis is high,the detection sensitivity is high,the operation is simple and convenient,and the clinical work should be vigorously promoted.
