摘　　要：格里森磨齿机300TWG进行磨齿加工时出现砂轮撞碎故障,文章对问题产生的原因进行分析,真因在于磨齿机电主轴轴承研伤,详细地阐述了维修过程,对同类设备的维修具有一定的借鉴意义。Gleason gear grinding machine 300TWG grinds the tooth processing to appear the grinding wheel to smash the fault, the article carries on the analysis to the question reason, the real reason is the grinding of the spindle bearing,elaborated the maintenance process in detail, has the certain reference significance to the similar equipment maintenance.
