摘 要:锂离子动力电池在电动汽车、储能电站等领域应用广泛,其通常采用多单体串并联方式构建电池组对负载供电或储能。电池组中的单体电压是反映电池性能及电池保护的重要参数。论文设计了一种电池组单体电压巡回采集电路。该电路通过单片机、译码器和锁存器等器件控制光电耦合开关把电池单体分时加载到电压测量电路,完成整个电池组所有单体电压的巡检。为解决部分单体共模信号较大,运算放大器无法直接测量问题,设计电阻分压与直接测量两种电压检测模式,通过工作模式切换开关进行单体电压分段测量。实验结果表明,该采集系统性能稳定,可满足大功率串联电池组测量精度要求。Lithium-ion power batteries are widely used in electric vehicles,energy storage power stations and other fields.numerous singel cell should be serially connecte to build battery packs to supply for load or store energy.The single cell voltage in battery pack is an important parameter reflecting battery performance and battery protection.In this paper,a circuit for collecting single cell voltage is designed. The circuit controls the photoelectric coupling switch to load the battery unit into the voltage measurement circuit by microcontroller,decoder and latch.The circuit completes the inspection of the whole battery unit voltage.In order to solve the problem that some single cell common-mode signals are too large to be measured directly by operational amplifiers,two voltage detection modes of resistance voltage dividing and direct measurement are designed.The sigle cell voltage is measured in different segments by switching switches of working modes.The experimental results show that the voltage monitor circuit has stable performance and can meet the measurement accuracy requirements of high- power series batteries.
