摘 要:以球笼式等速万向节的基本理论为基础,建立七沟道球笼式等速万向节的运动学模型,通过理论分析了球笼式等速万向节的等速性,并分析了钢球在沟道内的瞬时角速度随输入轴转角、输入轴与输出轴夹角的变化规律。并基于ADAMS建立模型进行仿真分析,仿真和理论分析结果基本吻合,验证了七沟道球笼式等速万向节的等速性原理。Based on basic theory of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint, the kinematic model is built for rzeppa constant velocity universal joint with seven raceways. The constant velocity of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint is analyzed theoretically, and the variation rules of instantaneous angular velocity of steel balls in raceway with rotational angle of input shaft and angle between input shaft and output shaft are analyzed. The model is built based on ADAMS, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The simulation and theoretical analysis results are consistent basically, and the principle of constant velocity of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint with seven raceways is verified.
