摘 要:详细分析了油石初始形状对轴承沟道超精质量的影响,以7010/P4轴承套圈的超精过程为例,对采用不同初始形状油石进行超精加工的轴承套圈表面质量及加工效率等进行对比分析,结果表明:油石宽度、厚度对超精后沟形、沟道表面粗糙度有较大影响,对沟道曲率半径、沟道圆度影响较小;油石端部形状对轴承沟道沟形、沟曲率半径、表面粗糙度、圆度均有较大影响,特别是对轴承沟道表面粗糙度的影响最大。试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,可以指导实际生产。The influence of initial end shape of oilstone on superfinishing quality of bearings is analyzed. Taking superfinishing of rings of bearings 7010/P4 as examples, the superfinishing is carried out by using oilstone with different initial end shapes, and the surface quality and processing efficiency of bearing rings are analyzed comparatively. The results show that the width and thickness of oilstone have a great influence on shape and surface roughness of raceway after superfinishing, but have little influence on curvature radius and roundness of raceway. The end shape of oilstone has a great influence on shape, curvature radius, surface roughness and roundness of raceway, especially on surface roughness of raceway. The correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by test results, which is able to guide actual production.
