摘　　要：介绍了调心滚子轴承保持架的传统结构及加工方法。针对某新型调心滚子轴承实体保持架特殊结构,将拉刀设计为2把,第1把拉刀的齿形设计为鼓形,进行粗拉加工;第2把设计为精拉齿和校正齿,同时改进拉削工装夹具。采用兜孔整体单孔斜拉削的加工方法,解决了传统工艺无法加工的难题。The traditional structure and processing method are introduced for cages of spherical roller bearings. Aimed at special structure of solid cages of new spherical roller bearings, two broaches are designed. The first broach is designed as drum-shaped teeth to rough drawing. The second broach is designed as finish drawing teeth and corrected teeth, and the broaching fixtures are improved. The traditional machining problem is solved by using oblique broaching of single hole on overall pocket.
