摘　　要：回顾性分析我科诊治的4例外生殖器部位的棘层松解性皮病临床及病理资料,并复习近年来国内外相关文献报道。4例患者均女性,年龄35~48岁,临床表现为外阴或肛周单发或多发性丘疹。病理学特征:表皮角化过度,棘层增生肥厚,可见灶状棘层松解及角化不良细胞。治疗采取激光或手术切除。随访半年到2年,4例患者皮疹均无复发。The clinical and pathological data of 4 cases with acantholytic dermatosis in genital region were collected and relevant literature was reviewed. All the patients were female, aged from 35 to 48 years old. The clinical manifestations were single or multiple papules around the vulva or anus. Histopathological examination revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and acantholysis. The patients were treated by laser or surgical excision and no recurrence after 0.5-2 years follow up.
