摘　　要：特应性皮炎(AD)是一种多发于儿童,并可累及成人的慢性炎症性皮肤病,针对参与疾病发展的特定细胞因子的靶向生物制剂对AD的治疗有效。本文对生物制剂的研究进展做一简要综述。Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that affects children and adults. Biologicals targeting specific cytokines involved in the development of the disease play an important role in the treament of AD. The update of biologicals for the treatment of AD is reviewd.
