摘　　要：通过对影像测量仪尺寸测量误差建立测量模型,分析评定了用玻璃线纹尺测量影像测量仪尺寸测量误差的过程,运用不确定度评定与表示方法,给出了影像测量仪尺寸测量误差扩展不确定度的结果。Establish a measurement model by measuring the dimensional measurement error of the image measuring instrument,analysis and evaluation of the process of measuring the dimensional measurement error of image measuring instrument with glass line ruler,using uncertainty assessment and representation,the result of the uncertainty of the dimensional measurement error of the image measuring instrument is given.
