单相电子式电能表误差测量值的不确定度评定

摘　　要：本文依据JJG596-2012《电子式交流电能表》检定规程和JJG597-2005《交流电能表检定装置》检定规程对用户电能表进行检定并出示检定证书,按用户的特殊要求再依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对测得值的示值误差给出不确定度报告。Based on the standard operation protocol(SOP)of Eletronic AC meter(JJG596-2012)and verification regulation of Verification Equipment for AC Electrical Energy Meters(JJG597-2005),the author provided customers testing and the examine certificate for customers'electrical metre.The author also provided customer a report of uncertainty measuarment of test error according to the SOP of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in measurement(JJF1059.1-2012).
