摘 要:为了定位级联H桥有源电力滤波器中IGBT的开路故障,提出一种基于H桥输出电压与电流流向的故障诊断方法。本文将H桥单元电容电压测量点改为H桥输出端,以提高故障诊断能力。基于这种测量重构,采用H桥电容电压、输出电压、电流作为故障特征,对比正常工作与故障状况的特征值即可定位IGBT开路故障位置。该方法简单易于实现,具有多故障诊断能力,而不需要额外的电压测量。通过仿真分析,验证该方法对IG.BT故障的快速有效定位。To locate the open-circuit fault of IGBT in a cascaded H-bridge active power filter,a fault diagnosis method based on H-bridge output voltage and current flow is proposed in this paper,in which the measurement point of Hbridge unit capacitor voltage is changed to H-bridge output terminal to improve the fault diagnosis capability. Based on this kind of measurement reconstruction,the H-bridge capacitor voltage,output voltage,and current are used as fault features;from the comparison of features in normal and fault statuses,the position of IGBT open-circuit fault can be lo. cated. This method is simple and easy to implement,and it has a multi-fault diagnosis capability without additional volt. age measurement. Through simulation analyses,it is shown that the proposed method can quickly and effectively locate the IGBT fault.
