摘  要:创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,是每所高校都迫切需要解决的问题。探讨了农业院校人才培养面临的问题,介绍了基于科技小院的本硕一体化人才培养模式和培养目标,总结了近几年科技小院建设情况和基于科技小院的本硕一体化人才培养取得的成果。It is an urgent need for every college to solve the problem of creating new mode of talent cultivation and improving talent training quality. The paper discussed the problems facing the talents cultivation in agricultural colleges ,introducing the training mode and training target of integrative personnel training for under-and-graduate students based on science and technology backyard, The construction of science and technology backyard and summarizing achievements of integrative personnel training for under-and-graduate students based on science and technology backyard in recent years.
