摘 要:在高等学校加快"双一流"建设和发展"新工科"、实施卓越工程师教育培养计划的背景下,中国高校工程教育人才培养模式亟需改革。依据工程教育专业认证新标准,以成果导向教育理念为指导,结合当代内燃机行业对人才培养的需求,依据新的培养目标和"内燃机设计"课程教学大纲,主要在课程教学及课程评价方法上进行了相应改革。实践表明,基于成果导向教育理念的课程改革可有效地提升学生的工程实践能力,提高工程教育人才培养质量。Under the background of speeding up the construction of"Double First class" and developing "new engineering" and implementing the education and training plan of excellent engineers, the training mode of engineering education talents in colleges and universities in China needs to be reformed urgently. In this paper, according to the new standard of engineering education professional certification ,the author guided the concept of outcome-based education and combined with the needs of the contemporary internal combustion engine industry for personnel training. According to the new training objectives and " internal combustion engine design" curriculum syllabus, mainly in the course teaching and curriculum evaluation methods have been reformed accordingly. Practice shows that curriculum reform based on the concept of outcome-based education can effectively improve students' engineering practical ability and improve the quality of engineering education personnel training.
